Shipping time will vary based on your location, the location of the seller, the time it takes to process the order and pack it carefully for shipping, lastly the shipping method used will play. 

It is a goal of every MERCHANT here ot process and ship as fast as possible. We recommend ONE BUSINESS DAY or faster processing to all MERCHANTS.

If a BUYER REQUESTS the lower cost shipping, in many cases, this will take approximately ONE WEEK for delivery, can be faster or longer.

PACKAGE SIZE also plays a part, a very heavy, but not large item, can be shipped using FLAT RATE so it costs less to send. Or it may be possible to COMBINE shipments, or an order from the SAME MERCHANT (recommend you ask before the order on this).

NOTICE: The price of shipping has gone ballistic, so if you or the MERCHANT want to save on shipping, this will generally mean using SLOWER, rather than faster more expensive shipping options. That said, if you need faster delivery, please work that out in ADVANCE.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES are done directly with the MERCHANT you purchased from. This means that the terms for both will vary.

We understand that some items you will order may be conditional on size, color, or other factors. Likewise, an order may be delivered too late.

Regardless the reason, since the terms will vary, we recommend that you check the MERCHANT TERMS posted, so that you are aware of the policies before you order.

Alos, take into account, that SHIPPING COSTS to return or exchange will generally be posted to the BUYER, excepting where the item did not arrive, came too late, was the wrong size, or color from the order placed.

If you have issue with any return or exchange, we expect that you will contact the MERCHANT within 24 hrs of receiving the item, exceptions allowed on case-by-case at merchant option. 

After you contact the MERCHANTS to handle your RETURN or EXCHANGE, we expect the MERCHANT to resolve a plan with you within 48hrs, exceptions allowed on case-by-case at merchant option.

If the matter is NOT RESOLVED within f-WORKING DAYS, you may contact Mahalo.Market support for assistance. 

To change your address for delivery, you need to go to your profile.

NOTICE: You cannot change the address of an order already placed. To request such, you can contact the MERCHANT directly, and if luck is in the air, you may be able to change the delivery address.

To TRACK delivery of any order placed, please check the MERCHANT delivery status email sent to you after your order is processed.

This is where we ask all MERCHANTS to post TRACKING information. If it is NOT there, please contact the MERCHANT directly, and ask for the TRACKING NUMBER.

Customer support comes in two flavors.

FIRST: If you need support related to a product or service in the marketplace. The on the same page with every listing you will find a contact button. 

Using the MERCHANT CONTACT button will connect you with the seller’s support team, and generally the best answers for product information, shipping, warranty, and other specifics.

SECOND: You may need help with a technical or other issue using our website(s), in which case, you may contact the Mahalo.Market support team. click here

THIRD: You may need product support, and the sellers team is unavailable. In this case, you may contact the Mahalo.Market support team. click here

As noted previously, we DO NOT allow you to change your address after the sale is paid. 

However, mistakes happen, and if you quickly contact the MERCHANT, you may be able to get the address fixed.

Each MERCHANT will have different terms in this regard. 

Generally, most will ship to major countries, and some MERCHANTS re located in other countries too.

Generally, our MERCHANTS are in the USA, and ship from the USA to the BUYER location for most countries.

Again, please see the specific MERCHANT TERMS for delivery outside of the USA.

As a marketplace, your making purchases from MERCHANTS operating a STORE in the marketplace. That MERCHANT will deliver any purchase you make.

Now it is possible to order multiple items from any MERCHANT and in that case, for those items to be shipped in a single package. You may need to request this.

However, if you purchase from more than one MERCHANT, you can expect at least one package from each MERCHANT.
